Step 01

Choose the number you care about.

Open the webpage with your number and sign in if needed. In Add metric, choose that browser tab and launch the point-and-click picker.

Allow access to that site, then select the element containing the value.

Try it with a subscriber count, account balance, or revenue total.

Step 02

Give it a place in your dashboard.

Name the metric so you'll recognize it later. Choose a category and color, add a note, and set a goal if you have one.

Save the metric. You can edit these details from its settings at any time.

Step 03

Set a rhythm. Follow the progress.

Choose an automatic refresh interval or sync manually. Open a metric to see its trend, history, goal progress, and alert rules.

Check it from a new tab, the toolbar popup, or the side panel.

Refresh timing depends on site access, page availability, and your session.

A few details that keep things running.

Allow the sites you track

Grant access to the website containing your metric. You can manage site permissions in your browser.

Keep private pages accessible

A signed-in dashboard may need a valid session to refresh. If access expires, sign in again and retry.

Check a value that looks stale

Review the last update and sync status. If the page layout changed, use the picker to select the number again.
